The unisex Shelter Bootie is an elastic shoe cover with wind/waterproof fabric and taped seams, designed to protect your feet in cold and wet conditions. They have a reflective print which provides extra visibility, velcro adjuster at the top and neoprene fabric at the front for extra warmth.
