At Love & Piste we want to make online ordering as simple as possible, and we are here to help when things do not go quite right. Please review the list of topics below if you are experiencing difficulties.

I'm having trouble finding a particular product

Use the 'Search' facility located at the top of each page. If you still cannot find what you are looking for please contact us.

A product's size and colour combination is shown as out of stock

This means the item is out of stock in that size and colour. Try selecting a different size or colour, or contact us to find out when the item will become available in your desired size and colour combination.

A product's size and colour combination is shown as unavailable

This means the item is not available in that size and colour. Try selecting a different size or colour combination.

I don't live in the UK - can I still purchase from you?

Unfortunately we only deliver to mainland UK at this time.

How do I remove items from my basket?

To view the contents of your basket select the View Basket link at the top of each page. Within the basket page select the 'Qty' dropdown next to the product you want to remove and choose '0' (zero).

What payment types do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

  • Mastercard
  • Solo
  • Switch / UK Maestro
  • Visa
  • Visa Debit / Delta
  • Visa Electron

At this time we do not accept payments via PayPal or NoChex.

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to process orders within 3-4 working days. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please take into account we close for holidays such as Christmas, Easter and all Public Bank Holidays.

How long do deliveries take?

Orders are normally processed within 3-4 working days and dispatched via courier, Parcel Post or Royal Mail. Most orders will be delivered to your door within 7 to 10 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Please note - during the lead up to, and just after holiday periods, mail traffic inevitably slows down or is delayed so bear this in mind if you are placing an order just before Christmas, Easter or a Public Bank Holiday.

My order still hasn't arrived

The most common reasons for late delivery are:

  1. Your delivery was attempted but there was nobody at home to sign for it. If the courier or postal service is unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery. If this is the case you must phone the courier or postal service immediately to make arrangements for re-delivery. If you do not contact them within 48 hours they may return your parcel to Love & Piste as undeliverable. Should your parcel be returned to us, there would be a further delivery charge to re-send your order.

  2. The address details you provided were incomplete or incorrect. Without a full address the courier or postal service may be unable to find you, so check to see that the details you provided us with were correct. You will find this information on the automated Order Acknowledgement email that you received after successfully placing your order with Love & Piste.

A product has arrived damaged

Keep all the packaging materials. If the package was severely damaged in transit you should inform the courier company or postal service immediately. You should also contact us so that we can help arrange a replacement.

An item in my order is missing or incorrect

Please contact us for further assistance.

Cancellations & refunds

At Love & Piste we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return please re-pack the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely. We recommend using a recorded delivery service since Love & Piste cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
